Our
History
Dynamic
Testing and Equipment is a partnership established in 1996 by
uniting the diverse backgrounds of Peter Frissell, Karl Jungman
and Dave Pienta.
Peter Frissell began placing servo valves onto actuators
at the age of 16, back in 1972. He subsequently earned a
ME degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1978 and an
MBA from the University of Toledo in 1988. Peter's
experience includes over 30 years working specifically in
machine design, industrial servo systems and the fluid power
industry.
Karl Jungmann has worked in the testing industry as an
engineer since 1968 at Schenck, and later at MTS and Instron.
He received his MBA degree from Walsh College. Karl has
extensive knowledge of the industry in the design, manufacture
and operation of nearly all types of structural testing
systems.
Dave Pienta is an entrepreneur who has established
several successful companies serving the global
marketplace. Automatic Handling International is one of
his companies with whom Dynamic Testing and Equipment shares
resources and expertise.
DTE's engineering and manufacturing facilities are conveniently
located in Erie, Michigan close to the Toledo, Ohio and Detroit,
Michigan local markets.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality, optimal testing
solution for each customer's specific set of requirements.
We provide quality products and service at a reasonable
price.
